⚙️ What Drives Cost: What You Should Know

  • Complexity: More custom designs, illustration or hand-drawn elements, more colors, custom shapes vs template adaptation.
  • Revision Rounds: More revisions = more design time. The standard includes 2 rounds; additional will cost extra.
  • Deliverable Types: If you need web images, print versions, large signage, social media formatting, etc., that adds work.
  • Source Files & Ownership: I include source files, which most basic designers don’t always provide.
  • Rush Work: When you need something fast, expect a rush fee (often 25-50% more) to prioritize your project.

🧮 How I Compare vs. Others

  • Many designers cheaply offer template-based graphics for $5-$50 each, but those often lack originality, polish, or flexibility.
  • Agencies will charge heavily for branding packages or full collateral sets, often bundles costing thousands. You’re paying for overhead, teams, back-and-forth communication.
  • Freelancers at lower cost often deliver slower, have less polish, or don’t include all file formats.
